Do you ship across Canada?
Yes. We ship from Ontario to every province and territory with tracking. Shipping & handling for luxury pret and basics is $12.99 to Ontario and Quebec and $16.99 to the rest of Canada. Heavy pret ships for a flat $34.99 anywhere in Canada. You see the exact cost before you pay. See the shipping policy.
Do you ship to the United States and other countries?
Yes, we ship worldwide. To the US, shipping & handling is $27.99 CAD ($59.99 CAD for heavy pret), and US import duties may apply. Worldwide it is $39.99 CAD ($94.99 CAD for heavy pret); customs duties in your country are paid on delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Heavy pret and luxury pret are delivered in 6–8 weeks, and bridal outfits are made to order in 2 to 3 months. Timelines are negotiable, so message us on WhatsApp if you need an outfit urgently. Basics and daily wear are ready to ship.
Why do bridal outfits say "price on request"?
Every bridal outfit is made to your measurements, and the price depends on the fabric, embroidery and changes you choose. Maira confirms the price with you during your consultation, before any work begins.
How do bridal consultations work?
Message us on WhatsApp with your event date and the look you have in mind. Consultations are in person in Ontario or by video call from anywhere. See how it works.
Can I customize an outfit?
Yes. Fabric, colour and layout customization is available on bridal and formal outfits, with custom stitching to your measurements.
What sizes do ready-to-wear pieces come in?
Ready-to-wear pieces come in S, M and L, and some designs also come in XL. Check the size guide: all measurements are in inches, taken with the garment laid flat.
Can I return or exchange an order?
All sales are final, with no refunds or exchanges. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will make it right. See the refund policy.
How can I pay?
Pay by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout. In Canada you can also pay by Interac e-Transfer: order on WhatsApp, then send the total to contact.mairakhaninternational@gmail.com, and we confirm your order as soon as it arrives. Or order on WhatsApp and we will send you a secure card payment link.
How do TikTok Live codes work?
When Maira shows a piece on a TikTok Live, she shares a code such as LIVE 23. Enter it in the box on our homepage to go straight to that piece, then pay by card or order it on WhatsApp.
