We ship from Ontario using Chit Chats, Canada Post and UPS, choosing the best carrier for each parcel. Every order is tracked.

Express shipping in 1–2 business days is available for ready-to-ship items within Canada: $24.99 CAD to Ontario and Quebec and $34.99 CAD to the rest of Canada (not available in the territories).
Heavy pret
Heavy pret outfits are heavier and ship in a larger box, so they have one flat rate per order. Any lighter items in the same order ship in the same box at no extra cost.

Shipping & handling is charged on every order and covers postage, tracking, packaging and handling. You will see the exact cost for your country before you pay.
Bridal
These outfits are made to order. Shipping is quoted during your consultation and is paid by the customer. Orders are shipped fully insured with signature on delivery.
United States duties
Parcels entering the US may be charged import duties. Where possible, duties are shown at checkout so there are no surprise charges on delivery.
International orders
We ship worldwide with tracking for $39.99 CAD. Delivery usually takes 7–21 business days. Customs duties and taxes in your country are the customer's responsibility and are paid on delivery.
